On May 12, 2026, Ahalia College of Nursing organized the World Nurses Day Celebration at the Ahalia College of Nursing Multipurpose Hall with great enthusiasm and participation. The program commenced at 11:00 am with a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome speech. A theme speech highlighting the importance of nurses and their contribution to healthcare was delivered, along with a presentation on the life history of Florence Nightingale. The celebration also included an informative session on milestones in nursing, showcasing the growth and achievements of the profession. Cultural events such as dance performances, mime, and a reel competition added color and excitement to the program. Prize distribution was conducted to appreciate the winners and participants of various activities. The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks at 1:00 pm. The event reflected the spirit of dedication, compassion, and service shown by nurses in society.
