YOGA PRACTICE SESSION

Ahalia College of Nursing organized a Yoga Practice Session for B.Sc. Nursing I Semester students to promote physical and mental well-being.
The session was conducted by Dr. Farshad, who demonstrated various breathing exercises and yoga postures to help students improve concentration and reduce stress.
He explained the importance of regular yoga practice in maintaining balance, focus, and overall health.
Students participated actively and expressed enthusiasm throughout the session.
The program encouraged them to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine.
